Dr. Loy blends conventional medicine with science-backed integrative and lifestyle approaches to build personalized, health optimization plans for patients at every stage of life.

The eight pillars for long-term health
Culinary medicine and nutrition, movement, sleep, stress regulation, social connection, nature, purpose, and reduction of risky substances. These pillars of lifestyle medicine are grounded in the strongest research for long-term health.

The doctor who went grocery shopping with her patients
After graduating from Harvard College and Cornell Medical School, Dr. Loy chose Pediatrics because she believed in prevention and the power of early, healthy foundations. In practice, she saw chronic disease begin early and realized families needed a more comprehensive model of care.
As a mother of five, she has navigated the very challenges her patients face: picky eating, sleep routines, managing different ages and medical needs, and the daily work of nurturing physical, emotional, and cognitive health.
That's why she founded Shop with a Doc: a free grocery tour program that makes healthy eating practical, joyful, and doable for real families.
You can grab the grocery list of common foods Dr. Loy purchases for her family here.
